Ron Tefteller has lived with wife Neena at 228 Luther Drive for 29 years. They have three grown sons. Ron is a graduate of Texas A&M University (with honors) and the University of Texas School of Law and attended the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development. He is Vice President and manages San Antonio operations for a global biotech company. In addition to having served on numerous non-profit boards, Ron's background includes:

• Mayor of Olmos Park 2008-2010
• City Councilman 1996 – 2008 (Mayor Pro Tem 2004-2008)
• Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Healthcare and Bioscience Committee
• Biomed SA Oncology Committee
• Elder, First Presbyterian Church

Beth Emery has lived with husband Lee at 115 E. Hermosa Drive since 2004. They have a daughter at Texas A&M University and a grown son. They moved to Olmos Park to be near family members who have been residents since 1988. Beth is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (with highest honors) and Harvard Law School. CPS Energy recruited Beth from private practice in Washington, DC in 2003 to be its first in-house General Counsel. After leaving CPS Energy, she returned to private practice and is a partner in the energy group of Husch Blackwell LLP. In addition to many state and national bar association leadership positions, Beth's background includes:

• Independent director (member of audit, compensation and governance committees) of a high-tech public company headquartered in Silicon Valley
• Director, Alamo Breast Cancer Foundation, and former director of the Carver Development Board
• Co-chair of 2010 Olmos Park 4th of July Celebration and co-organizer of the bake sale to fund the $2500 police cruiser digital camera cut from the City budget
• Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Energy and Sustainability Committee
• Castle Hills First Baptist Church worship choir
